Key Responsibilities:

- Implement proactive risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance and documentation.
Qualifications:
- 13+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or cGMP-related industries, with 7+ years in project leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, engineering, pharmacy, or related field (Master's preferred).
- PMP certification required; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
- Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and familiarity with regulatory systems.
- Experience with small molecule drug programs & new product launches.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving innovation and efficiency.
