About the Role
In this leadership role, you will be accountable for delivering financial results and key performance indicators across the United Kingdom. You will help shape and implement strategic initiatives and work in close collaboration with both operational and functional teams in the Sales and Marketing organization. You'll manage the balance between local, regional, and global priorities.
You will also serve as the Managing Director of the UK legal entity, providing visible and inclusive leadership that promotes open communication and a collaborative workplace culture. You'll focus on health and safety, diversity and inclusion, and play a role in the company's commitment to environmental sustainability.
Key responsibilities include:
Participating in business planning, tracking results, and driving corrective actions as needed.
Enhancing infrastructure to support product and service sales.
Identifying growth opportunities within strategic accounts, aligned with company strategy.
Promoting effective communication and process improvements.
Supporting global efficiency efforts and adopting innovative technologies.
This role is a vital part of the North-West Europe Sales Management team and reports directly to the Regional Sales Director. The position is based in the United Kingdom.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with:
A degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proven inclusive leadership with strong collaboration and change management skills.
The ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term operational success.
Fluency in English.
Eligibility to work in the UK (support for work permit may be provided if needed).
