Sales Executive - Cold Chain & Biostorage Solutions

Join a high‑growth organization at the forefront of cold chain and biostorage innovation. In this role, you will drive new business, deepen strategic partnerships, and shape the future of our expanding commercial operation.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle end‑to‑end-from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and successful close-for both short‑ and long‑term cold chain storage solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders across R&D, procurement, operations, and executive leadership within biotech, pharma, academia, and public health.
  • Assess client requirements and develop tailored cold chain and biostorage proposals, advising customers using your understanding of compliance, security standards, and logistics workflows.
  • Partner with the VP of Sales on market‑growth strategies, account penetration planning, territory management, and competitive positioning.
  • Support brand visibility and thought leadership by collaborating with marketing to develop compelling proposals, case studies, and targeted campaigns.
  • Leverage our facility's full temperature range, spanning ambient storage through cryogenic (‑196 °C) capabilities, including monitored stability chambers and secure biostorage environments.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience in biorepositories, sample management, life sciences, lab services, or cold chain logistics
  • Proven success with complex RFP cycles and closing high‑value or strategic accounts
  • A strong professional network within biotech, pharma, or academic research
  • Working knowledge of cold chain and regulatory compliance (GxP, DFARS, and related guidelines)
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Zoho, plus solid MS Office skills
  • A self‑motivated, entrepreneurial approach, with enthusiasm for scaling a growing business
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for building trust and long‑term relationships
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally for client visits and industry events
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
