Responsible Person (RP) Consultant
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: Part-Time
We are currently partnering with an established organisation operating within the Medical Device and Life Sciences sector that is seeking an experienced Responsible Person (RP) to provide specialist quality and compliance support on a contract basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys working in a flexible consultancy capacity, providing expert guidance on quality systems, regulatory compliance, and customer approval activities within a regulated environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring quality standards are maintained and that the organisation continues to operate in line with applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support the Quality Management System
- Oversee Change Controls, Deviations and CAPA activities
- Ensure compliance with relevant GDP and quality requirements
- Review and approve customer qualification activities
- Provide quality and compliance guidance to internal stakeholders
- Support audits and regulatory inspections where required#
Requirements:
- Previous experience acting as a Responsible Person (RP)
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Experience with GDP compliance, customer approvals, CAPAs and deviations
- Background within the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry
- Ability to work independently and provide expert quality oversight
