Location: Multiple production sites, France (6 sites of interest)

Duration: 4-6 months (contract)

Start Date: Monday, 22nd December (no work required on 25th December)

Shifts:

  • Option A: 12-hour shifts (day/night)
  • Option B: 8-hour shifts (morning/evening/night)

Payment Structure:

  • Day shift - standard day rate
  • Evening shift - 1.25x day rate
  • Night shift - 1.5x day rate
  • Christmas premium: Increased rates from 22nd December to 10th January

Role Overview

We are seeking a minimum of 12 Quality Consultants to support our client across six production sites in France. This assignment is critical in preparing for upcoming Health Authority and FDA audits scheduled for the end of January. Consultants will play a key role in ensuring compliance readiness through daily inspections and quality oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily mock inspections to ensure audit readiness.
  • Perform Gemba Quality Walks with documented evidence.
  • Review and verify logbooks daily, ensuring compliance.
  • Check cleaning procedures and records, providing evidence of adherence.
  • Assess operator SOP knowledge and application, documenting findings.
  • Ensure dedicated "Quality Time" for operators and managers to perform quality tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven GxP Quality background with experience in regulated environments.
  • Strong track record in inspections, audits, and compliance activities.
  • Fluent French language skills (written and spoken).
  • Availability to work onsite across required shifts (day, evening or night).
