Quality Control Specialist
Ontario, California
Up to $90,000 + Career Progression + Professional Development
Looking for a Quality role that will give you broad exposure to global manufacturing, supplier quality, and product development, rather than keeping you focused on one production site or a narrow inspection function?
Want the opportunity to play a key role in improving product quality across a global supply chain while building expertise in supplier management, inspections, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement?
On offer is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing consumer healthcare products company where you'll work closely with international manufacturing partners, third-party inspection providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure products consistently meet quality standards and customer expectations.
This is a rare chance to accelerate your development by working across multiple product categories while gaining hands-on experience in supplier quality management, factory inspections, product evaluations, complaint investigations, and quality improvement initiatives that directly impact customers and the success of the business.
This company is a growing consumer products organization with an innovative portfolio spanning oral care, health, hygiene, OTC, cosmetic, and medical device products. Their brands and private label products are sold through major retailers, making product quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction central to everything they do. With ambitious growth plans and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture, they offer an environment where individuals can make a genuine impact and develop alongside the business.
In this role, you will act as a key quality specialist, supporting supplier quality management, inspection activities, product evaluations, complaint investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives across a diverse portfolio of consumer products. You'll work closely with overseas suppliers, quality partners, sourcing teams, purchasing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure products consistently meet quality expectations throughout the manufacturing and supply chain process.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of post-graduate experience within Quality Control, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Quality Assurance, or a related quality function within consumer products, cosmetics, personal care, medical devices, OTC products, consumer healthcare, or other manufacturing environments. You'll be analytical, proactive, and eager to broaden your experience across multiple areas of quality while developing your career within a growing organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving quality issues, working with suppliers, and driving product improvements, but feels limited by a narrow quality remit. It's an excellent opportunity for an ambitious quality professional looking to gain broader exposure across supplier quality, inspections, customer complaints, continuous improvement, and global manufacturing operations while positioning themselves for future progression as the company continues to grow.
