A reputable, large Medical Device company is seeking a Project Management professional for their Endoscopy PMO. As a project management specialist, you will have a focus on Product Lifecycle Process Governance and Planisware and will leverage your expertise in medical device product development and project leadership to enhance, and drive, training, standardization, and improvement across the company's product lifecycle process.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on PLCP governance frameworks and best practices.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders with governance goals and drive adoption of governance strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key product development metrics to support decision-making.
- Deliver engaging PLCP training sessions tailored to various teams across the division.
- Coordinate and facilitate governance meetings, ensuring agendas and materials are prepared
Core Team Leader Training & Development
- Design and lead training programs to build leadership and project management capabilities.
- Offer one-on-one coaching to project managers to enhance performance and execution.
- Develop and maintain tools and templates that streamline team collaboration and productivity.
Portfolio & Project Management Tool (Planisware)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the use of Planisware across the organization.
- Provide hands-on training and user support to ensure effective tool adoption.
- Create intuitive templates and guidance materials to simplify Planisware usage for all users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Conpuer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a B.S.
- 3+ years of experience in medical device product development
- Strong experience and understanding with PLCP lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of Project Management tools (scope management, risk registers, MS Project, +)
- PMP certification - preferred
- Experience in portfolio, budget management, and resource
- Hands on experience with PPM tools, especially Planisware
