Our client is a leading multinational organization within the technology and industrial sector. They are seeking an IT Cybersecurity Manager to strengthen cybersecurity across both IT and OT environments. This is a hybrid strategic and hands‑on individual contributor role.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute an integrated cybersecurity strategy and governance framework across IT and OT environments.
- Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for corporate IT, cloud systems, and industrial control systems, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements.
Design and implement security architecture and controls, including network segmentation, secure access mechanisms, and industrial security solutions.
Lead incident response activities across IT and OT, developing response procedures and coordinating with engineering and operations teams.
Maintain accurate visibility of IT/OT assets and oversee vulnerability management, applying risk-based remediation approaches suitable for manufacturing environments.
Support business continuity and resilience planning by integrating cybersecurity requirements into operational and safety processes.
Deliver targeted cybersecurity awareness and training to engineers, operators, and technical teams.
Qualifications
8+ years of cybersecurity experience with both strategic and hands‑on responsibilities.
Background in technology-driven or high‑tech manufacturing environments.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience supporting regional or global cybersecurity initiatives.
Hands-on exposure to IT and OT security, including ICS/OT technologies (PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMIs).
Strong understanding of enterprise, network, and cloud security.
Required: CISSP or CISM.
Preferred: CCSP, cloud security certifications, IEC 62443.
