Sales Representative - Surgical Medical Devices

Location: South Germany - Bavaria Munich region

A leading surgical medical device company is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join its team in the Bavaria region, with a focus on the Munich area. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies that are transforming surgical outcomes and improving patient care.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving commercial success across the territory by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, supporting product adoption, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a field-based role requiring a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value in clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital procurement teams.
  • Promote and support the adoption of surgical technologies across key accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and clinical support as needed.
  • Identify growth opportunities and execute territory plans in alignment with broader commercial strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in medical device sales or a related healthcare field.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic territory.
  • Familiarity with surgical workflows and hospital environments is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the Munich/Bavaria region.
