Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead M&A Processes: Manage the complete lifecycle of mergers and acquisitions, from sourcing and evaluation to due diligence, negotiation, execution, and integration.
- Oversee Alliance Management: Cultivate and maintain strategic alliances to strengthen and expand our client's footprint in the sector.
- Pipeline Development: Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of acquisition and partnership opportunities tailored to therapeutic, aesthetic, and consumer markets.
Skills and Experience
- Corporate Development Expertise: Demonstrated experience in strategy execution within the pharmaceutical or related sectors.

- Bachelors Degree Minimum with Advanced Scientific Degree as a premium
