Head of Clinical Operations

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and lead a high-performing Clinical Operations organization that becomes a strategic driver of company growth.
• Partner directly with executive leadership to influence development plans, portfolio strategy, timelines, and investment decisions.
• Create the operational framework that accelerates study start-up, enrollment, execution, and data delivery across global programs.
• Develop trusted partnerships with CROs, sites, and external providers to establish a world-class clinical delivery model.
• Guide complex development programs through critical clinical and regulatory milestones while proactively managing risk.
• Mentor and develop a talented team, creating a culture of accountability, excellence, and professional growth.

What You'll Bring

• Experience leading Clinical Operations teams within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations.
• Ideally, exposure to early-phase development, including oncology, immunology, inflammation, or other complex therapeutic areas.
• Experience overseeing global clinical studies and collaborating across Medical, Regulatory, Quality, Data Management, and Clinical Development functions.
• A track record of helping organizations navigate important regulatory milestones, submissions, inspections, or accelerated development pathways.
• Strong vendor oversight and external partnership management experience.
• A leadership style that combines strategic thinking, operational rigor, and a genuine commitment to developing people.
