Freelance Clinical Study Administrator (m/f/d)
EPM Scientific is partnering with a leading global MedTech company looking to hire a Freelance Clinical Study Administrator to support clinical trial operations and Clinical R&D activities.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Previous administrative experience (1+ year), ideally within clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or medical devices
- Experience supporting study documentation, TMF/eTMF management, or clinical trial administration is highly desirable
- Familiarity with CTMS and clinical trial processes is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Maintain and track Trial Master File (TMF/eTMF) documentation
- Support CTMS setup, maintenance, and study tracking activities
- Ensure study documents are complete, compliant, and inspection-ready
- Provide administrative support to Clinical Study Teams and Project Managers
- Coordinate study materials, investigator meeting logistics, and internal communications
- Support clinical trial operational activities across ongoing studies
Contract Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Brussels, Belgium (on-site)
- FTE: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Contract Duration: Until EOY
