Location: United States (Field-Based | Travel Required)

The Opportunity

The Field Clinical Specialist will serve as the clinical expert supporting physicians, hospital staff, and key stakeholders throughout the customer journey. This individual will provide case coverage, physician education, product training, and procedural support while partnering closely with Clinical, Commercial, and Product Development teams.

The ideal candidate is passionate about patient outcomes, enjoys working in procedural environments, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and technical support during procedures and product evaluations.
  • Train physicians, nurses, and hospital staff on product use, best practices, and procedural workflows.
  • Support new account launches and customer adoption initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinical teams, and key opinion leaders.
  • Serve as the primary clinical resource for customers within the assigned territory.
  • Troubleshoot procedural and product-related issues in real time.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Affairs, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development.
  • Support clinical study activities and site initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of product, procedural, and disease-state expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, healthcare, or related discipline preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Field Clinical Specialist, Clinical Specialist, Clinical Account Specialist, Applications Specialist, or similar customer-facing MedTech role.
  • Experience providing clinical support in procedural-based environments strongly preferred.
  • Background in interventional radiology, oncology, urology, GI, cardiovascular, electrophysiology, vascular, or other interventional specialties preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic travel schedule.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
