EPM Scientific are currently representing a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical company who are looking to hire an Executive Director of Insights & Analytics to the insights, analytics and forecasting function. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled business intelligence experts across multiple categories, driving strategic decision-making, and delivering transformative impact in a dynamic industry.
Key Skills and Expertise
- Insights and Analytics Expertise: Leverage strong hands-on skills in analytics and insights to shape strategies and extract meaningful business outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team of business intelligence professionals to excel in their respective roles across forecasting, market research, insights, analytics.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment in strategic decision-making processes.
- Innovation and Development: Drive the evolution of analytics capabilities to support growth and business transformation.
- Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in areas like dermatology, commercial operations, and enterprise performance management (EPM).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) in a quantitative or business discipline preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, sales operations or related experience
- Proven leadership of large, cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders.
Working Requirements
- 3 days per week onsite in Boston, MA
- Able to be based in commutable distance to central Boston
