Director of Quality

We are working with a growing medical device company based in Los Angeles, CA, dedicated to delivering high-quality products that improve patient outcomes. They are looking to continue to build out their Quality Leadership team because of new product lines being rolled out. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact on the organization and the healthcare industry.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the medical device industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Certifications: ASQ CQE/CQA or similar certifications highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in QMS software, statistical analysis tools, and risk management methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Class II and Class III medical devices.
  • Familiarity with international regulatory requirements (EU MDR, Health Canada, etc.).
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement training.
