Salary Range: $260,000 - $300,000 base + bonus + equity
Location: Remote, US-based (Must be based in CA)

Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of global clinical trials from Phase I-III in oncology.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing clinical operations team.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, medical, and commercial teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee CRO performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years' experience in clinical operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within biotech or pharma.
- Proven track record in oncology or related therapeutic areas.
- Experience managing global clinical trials and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA, and international regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
