Position
As a Clinical Trial Manager, you will play a hands-on role supporting the execution of Phase II and III clinical studies from startup through closeout. Working within a lean and collaborative team, you'll partner closely with sites, CROs, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive study progress, maintain quality standards, and ensure operational excellence across the clinical trial lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Support global clinical trial execution from site startup through study closeout.
- Assist with site identification, feasibility, selection, activation, and ongoing site management activities.
- Conduct site visits, co-monitoring visits, and site training as needed.
- Manage study vendors, timelines, deliverables, and operational tracking tools.
- Identify study risks, escalate issues appropriately, and drive resolution plans.
- Support eTMF quality, study documentation, and study team communications.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related scientific discipline.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Clinical Operations, Clinical Research, Study Management, or CRA roles.
- Experience supporting Phase II-III clinical trials within biotech, pharma, or CRO environments.
- Hands-on monitoring and site management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
