We are seeking Clinical Training Specialists / Senior Clinical Training Specialists to support key interventional cardiology sites across Spain, with occasional support required in other European countries.

This is a highly hands‑on role, responsible for delivering clinical training, proctoring live cath lab cases, supporting clinical trial execution, and developing long‑term relationships with investigators and key opinion leaders.
Out‑of‑hours support (on‑site and remote) will be required at times.

  • Deliver ongoing education on cardiovascular topics, scientific updates, and clinical trial progress
  • Support the selection and development of future centres of excellence beyond the clinical trial phase

  • Attend and support initial clinical cases in the cath lab
  • Proctor sites until independence is achieved in line with protocol requirements
  • Provide remote support to Spanish and other European sites when required
  • Monitor compliance with trained procedures and capture any protocol deviations
  • Support site workflow setup to ensure high‑quality imaging and data capture
  • Maintain accurate proctoring, training, and case documentation

  • Support internal and external audits and site inspections
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained for regulatory compliance
  • Execute clinical trial activities within the required regulatory frameworks

Customer & KOL Engagement

  • Maintain regular contact with Principal Investigators and site teams
  • Build relationships with established and emerging Key Opinion Leaders
  • Grow a network of clinical advocates ahead of commercial launch
  • Engage with national societies and key stakeholders

Personal Development

  • Maintain continual learning via journals, congresses, and professional education
  • Stay up to date on technological advances and competitor activity
  • Build a strong understanding of healthcare system dynamics and market adoption

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or healthcare discipline (Master's preferred)
  • Experience as a Clinical Specialist, Clinical Trial Specialist, Field Technical Specialist, or similar
  • Alternatively, significant experience working within a cardiac cath lab environment
  • Proven experience in clinical training, proctoring, or education
  • Fluent Spanish and strong English (able to deliver training in English)
