We are looking for a driven and clinically knowledgeable Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team in North Rhine-Westphalia. Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into long-term customers.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and clinical demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Provide post-sales support, including training and troubleshooting, to ensure optimal product usage.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to develop and execute territory plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to promote products and expand market reach.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on sales performance and pipeline.
Your Profile
- Degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical device sales or clinical support with a commercial focus.
- Strong understanding of hospital workflows and clinical environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel across North Rhine-Westphalia.
