Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities for Phase 1-4 clinical trials within CNS and related therapeutic areas
- Support patient recruitment, screening, enrollment, and retention efforts
- Conduct study visits in accordance with protocol, GCP, and site SOPs
- Maintain accurate and timely source documentation, CRFs, and regulatory files
- Schedule and manage subject visits, including follow-up and data collection
- Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and site staff to ensure smooth study execution
- Assist with site monitoring visits, audits, and query resolution
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements
- Support lab sample processing, tracking, and shipment as needed
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or similar role
- Prior experience at a clinical research site (preferred)
- Exposure to CNS/psychiatry trials (highly preferred)
- Strong communication and patient-facing skills
- Phlebotomy or lab processing experience is a plus
