Position Overview
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory by promoting the company's portfolio of aesthetic devices to medical professionals, clinics, and medspas. This role requires a strong understanding of the aesthetics market, consultative selling skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, practice managers, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and staff.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of sales experience in aesthetics, medical devices, or related healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
