Business Analyst - Supply Chain & Digital Transformation (Contract)
Location: Near Alcobendas, Spain (Hybrid/Flexible)

The Opportunity
A leading global life sciences organisation is seeking a Business Analyst to support key supply chain and digital transformation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business, analytics, and technology, helping drive process improvements, support strategic projects, and ensure alignment across a large portfolio of supply chain initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the link between business stakeholders, IT, and analytics teams across the supply chain function.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements to define clear project objectives.
- Support the intake, prioritisation, and qualification of digital and transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to ensure initiatives align with broader supply chain strategy.
- Track project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps and project visibility.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies where applicable.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within supply chain, operations, or digital transformation environments.
- Strong business process analysis and process mapping capabilities.
- Experience working across business, IT, and analytics functions.
- Ability to understand and communicate data and analytics requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences experience.
- Supply chain planning, operations, or logistics background.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement exposure.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
