Sales Manager Europe LC-MS
On behalf of our client, a global leader in analytical science, we are recruiting a Sales Manager Europe to lead commercial activities for their Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) portfolio. This role is ideal for a commercially strategic leader with a strong track record in service-based sales and team leadership within the life sciences or analytical instrumentation space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional commercial strategy for LC-MS services and solutions across Europe.
- Lead and mentor an international sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, pipeline development, and customer engagement.
- Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with academic, clinical, pharmaceutical, and industrial clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, applications, and service delivery to ensure customer success.
- Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and market insights to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in sales leadership within LC-MS, HPLC, ICP-MS, GC-MS, analytical instrumentation, or life sciences.
- Strong background in selling services (e.g., maintenance, support, training, consulting) alongside product solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial strategies across multiple European markets.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
