EPM are working with a leading biotech in the genomics space who is looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join their team in the Netherlands. This is an exciting opportunity to represent cutting-edge solutions in the NGS market and drive commercial success.
Role Overview
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share in genomics and NGS.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with academic, clinical, and biotech and pharma
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
What We're Looking For
- Over 3 years sales experience within the genomics or NGS market.
- Solid understanding of NGS workflows and applications.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Achieved a bachelor's degree (minimum) in biology, genomics or science related field
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse customer portfolio.
