A life sciences company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across product development, operational scale-up, and process optimization. This is a strategic role driving innovation and growth in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams from project initiation through completion
- Own project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Collaborate with functional leaders and finance teams for resource planning
- Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and drive follow-ups
- Oversee design control documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Identify risks, track KPIs, and manage phase gate reviews
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership
- Foster alignment across internal teams and external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in life sciences, engineering, or related field
- 5-8 years of project management experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or biotech
- Hands-on experience in assay diagnostic development, full product development lifecycle, and product design
- Familiarity with FDA, CLIA, ISO 13485, CE/IVDR environments
- Strong knowledge of design control and product lifecycle
- Experience with digital health or software products is a plus
- PMP certification is preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced setting
