Senior Research Associate (IPSC)

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Research Associate or Associate Scientist to join a research team focused on human cell culture and differentiation. This role is well suited for a hands-on experimental scientist with strong experience in iPSC culture and sterile technique, who is highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced lab environment. Exposure to 3D culture systems or downstream differentiation workflows is beneficial but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand human iPSC lines, including routine culture, passaging, and monitoring cell health and morphology
• Perform downstream differentiation experiments to assess cell line quality and performance
• Collaborate closely with senior scientists, with opportunities to gain experience in data collection and analysis techniques
• Prepare and manage critical reagents, including media, small molecules, and other cell culture components
• Accurately document experimental procedures and results while maintaining high data integrity

Qualifications & Experience

• PhD or equivalent combination of education and relevant laboratory experience
• Demonstrated ability to follow protocols precisely, maintain clean and consistent cultures, and document work thoroughly
• Comfortable managing multiple cell lines and experimental timelines simultaneously
• Strong collaborative mindset, flexibility, and enthusiasm for hands-on bench work
