An internationally recognised leader in the medical devices sector is seeking two experienced Sales Representatives (f/m/d) to join its commercial team in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), Germany. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a high-impact portfolio that supports healthcare professionals and improves patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance across the assigned territory, achieving and exceeding commercial targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, clinicians, and hospital procurement teams
  • Provide product education, training, and clinical support in surgical and non-surgical settings
  • Identify new business opportunities and support strategic market development initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, clinical, and technical support

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven sales experience within the medical devices industry
  • Background in surgical therapies is preferred but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the NRW region
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
