We are expanding our commercial team in Germany and seeking experienced Sales Managers to drive growth in this critical market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share for high-purity solvents and reagents.
- Manage and expand relationships with key accounts across Germany.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and technical support.
- Travel approximately 3 days per week to meet clients and attend industry events.
Requirements:
- Life Sciences background (degree or equivalent experience).
- Proven Sales Manager experience in the life sciences or analytical chemistry sector.
- Strong network within the life sciences industry in Germany.
- Demonstrated success in selling reagents and related products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
