Offering expert regulatory oversight for cell therapy, biologics, combination products, and medical devices, and ensuring all promotional, non‑promotional, and scientific materials meet FDA and international regulatory standards for accuracy and fairness
Collaborate closely with Medical, Legal, Quality, and Commercial teams to maintain compliance across all promotional materials
Director should have the following qualifications…
10+ years of regulatory experience, specifically 5+ years of regulatory ad/promo experience
Bachelor's of science in a scientific discipline
Deep understanding of FDA and global regulations as they adhere to advertising and promotional materials
Ability to efficiently work cross functionally with multiple teams (medical, legal, quality, commerce and regulatory)
