Project Manager SAP
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee the rollout of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) across major sites. This is a template-based global implementation that has already been successfully deployed. The upcoming phases will require strong IT governance, especially around cutover planning, testing coordination, and data migration validation.
This role is focused on IT-side project leadership, ensuring alignment between internal teams, external partners, and local site resources.
You will be working within an established SAP landscape, requiring a pragmatic and structured approach to integration and rollout. The role demands a high level of autonomy, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee SAP EWM rollout activities from an IT perspective.
- Coordinate testing, cutover, and data migration efforts.
- Collaborate with internal SAP teams and external implementation partners.
- Ensure project milestones are met and risks are effectively managed.
- Support specification workshops and go-live preparation.
- Facilitate on-site support and knowledge transfer as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience in IT project management, particularly in SAP rollout projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP EWM; familiarity with MM and PP modules is a plus.
- Proven track record in managing testing, cutover, and data migration.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
- Experience working in international environments is beneficial.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
