Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for product portfolio growth.
- Create compelling scientific and marketing content to support product launches and campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and global marketing teams.

Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field).
- Proven experience in product management within the life sciences sector.
- Expertise in either blood cell technologies or cell and gene therapy.
- Strong strategic thinking and content creation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Willingness to relocate to the Heidelberg area if not already based there.
