EPM Scientific is partnered with a global biopharma expanding its U.S. Field Medical organization in dermatology, seeking experienced Medical Affairs professionals to support a recently approved atopic dermatitis therapy. This is a new role on a new team, offering ample opportunities for cross-functional collaboration, professional growth, and significant visibility to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs in academic and community centers throughout the Northeastern U.S.
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned with U.S. and Global Medical Affairs strategies.
- Serve as a scientific resource for HCPs, providing education on company products.
- Deliver scientific presentations at regional and national congresses and meetings.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional Clinical, Commercial, and Medical teams.
- Gather and deliver field insights to inform product strategy and support pre-, peri-, and post-launch activities.
- Support advisory board organization, planning, and execution.
- Serve as a primary contact and facilitator for investigator-initiated studies (IIS).
Requirements
- Doctoral degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent); MS or MSN with significant MSL experience may be considered
- At least 1 year of experience in Medical Affairs; significant clinical or academic experience may be considered
- Demonstrated expertise in dermatology
- Must live within the Northeast region (CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT, DC)
Benefits and Compensation
- Base salary of $155,000 - $175,000 based on candidate experience
- Annual bonus and cash-based long-term incentive package
