About the Role
A leading manufacturer in the medical technology sector (spine, trauma, dental) is seeking an International Sales Representative to join its dynamic team. The organization operates in a high-quality, efficiency-driven environment and is committed to delivering innovative solutions that meet rigorous engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to existing customers while acquiring new clients and expanding market presence.
  • Assess customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, purchasing managers, and medical staff in hospitals and clinics.
  • Present products in clinical settings and deliver training on the product portfolio.
  • Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and symposia in collaboration with marketing.
  • Conduct market analysis within the assigned sales region.

Profile Requirements

  • Completed technical, commercial, or medical training with several years of professional experience; ideally experience as a surgical nurse.
  • Alternatively, a completed degree with initial sales experience and anatomical knowledge.
  • Strong negotiation and assertiveness skills, combined with a confident and engaging manner.
  • Success-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Residence within the sales area and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Proficiency in German and solid English language skills.
