About the Opportunity

A leading organisation in a highly regulated environment is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 Finance & Operations). With the European landscape already live, this role will focus on launching and driving the U.S. implementation, ensuring compliance, system readiness, and necessary modifications.
This is a hands-on program/project leadership role focused on bringing structure and execution discipline to a complex, multi-team environment. You will play a central role in establishing governance, improving execution, and aligning global stakeholders across IT and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the U.S. implementation of D365 Finance & Operations (F&O), building on an existing European setup
* Own and drive ERP programme delivery, including implementation and ongoing improvements
* Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, timelines, and milestones
* Establish clear programme governance, including regular status reporting to leadership
* Drive and improve change management processes across the programme
* Identify and address gaps in planning, execution, and ownership
* Coordinate and align cross-functional teams (IT, QA, Logistics, Engineering, Compliance, Finance)
* Manage and influence 20-25 stakeholders across business and technical teams
* Support SOC compliance efforts, particularly across IT processes and change management
* Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, including CFR Part 11 and audit readiness

Required Experience

* Proven experience leading ERP programmes/projects, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O)
* Strong project/programme management capability (planning, governance, stakeholder management)
* Experience working in highly regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, life sciences, manufacturing)
* Strong understanding of SOC compliance and experience supporting audit/compliance-driven environments
* Experience with CFR Part 11 compliance and regulated IT/change processes
* Ability to operate hands-on across business and technical teams with strong communication skill

Nice to Have

* Experience within the medical device industry
* French language skills
