Commercial Excellence Manager (m/w/d)
- Advanced degree in a related field, preferably medicine, business or life sciences.
- At least 5 years of experience in field sales management/controlling in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Solid experience with VEEVA/Salesforce, PowerBI, SAP and data analysis.
- A structured, data-oriented mindset combined with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in working in cross-functional teams, with collaboration and insights from different areas particularly key for this role.
- Willingness to travel across Poland for the role, with a strong field focus involved in the role.
- Fluent Polish skills, with fluency in English beneficial.
