About the Role

Clinical Sales Manager
This is a strategic and hands-on role that combines clinical expertise with commercial acumen. As a Clinical Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth, supporting physicians and hospitals, and ensuring successful adoption of life-saving technologies. You will act as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals, delivering exceptional clinical support and training while executing sales strategies to expand market presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Relationship Management

    • Identify and develop new customer accounts, including physicians, hospitals, and healthcare networks.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers through regular visits, clinical support, and consultative engagement.
  • Clinical Support & Training

    • Provide expert product demonstrations and hands-on training to end users, ensuring safe and effective device utilization.
    • Serve as a clinical resource during procedures, offering guidance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Marketing & Event Execution

    • Plan and implement marketing initiatives such as academic congresses, expert seminars, workshops, and other promotional activities.
    • Represent the company at industry events, building brand awareness and fostering professional networks.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy

    • Gather and analyze market data, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging technologies.
    • Provide actionable insights to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Operational Support

    • Assist the Sales Manager with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
    • Manage inventory and stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize shortages.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmacology, biology, or related fields.
  • Specialization in clinical medicine or medical imaging is highly desirable.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with healthcare professionals.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 year of experience in medical device sales or a clinical/nursing background.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region to support customers and attend events.
  • Strong sense of customer service and commitment to delivering high-quality support.
