Clinical Research Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Support study start‑up activities, including IRB submissions, essential documents, and SIV coordination.
- Screen, recruit, consent, and follow study participants according to protocol and GCP guidelines.
- Conduct study visits and ensure accurate source documentation and timely EDC entry.
- Maintain regulatory files, study logs, and ensure documentation adheres to ALCOA‑C and protocol standards.
- Partner with investigators and CRAs to facilitate monitoring visits, safety reporting, and study close‑out.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (required).
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of ICH‑GCP and clinical site operations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; Spanish language proficiency preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment maintaining a high outbound call volume
