Key Responsibilities
As Chief Medical Officer, you will lead the company's global medical strategy, oversee medical affairs, and ensure scientific integrity across all operations.
Your core duties will include:
Developing and steering the medical strategy in alignment with corporate objectives
Supervising clinical studies, scientific publications, and interactions with health authorities
Ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance in all medical communications
Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, regulatory affairs, and public affairs teams
Representing the company to healthcare professionals, institutions, and scientific partners
Leading international medical teams in a fully remote work environment
Profile & Qualifications
We're looking for a visionary leader with:
A medical degree (MD or equivalent), ideally specialized in autoimmune diseases, rare conditions, or internal medicine
Proven experience as a CMO or senior medical executive within the pharmaceutical industry
Deep knowledge of European and international regulatory frameworks
Strategic leadership, scientific rigor, and outstanding communication skills
Professional fluency in English and French
Comfort with remote work and managing virtual teams across borders
