A local pharmaceutical company is seeking an Associate Director or Director of Quality to lead their growing team! This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to step into a Quality leadership role:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all finished products meet safety and effectiveness standards according to cGMP requirements, regulatory commitments, company policies, and SOPs.
- Establish site quality goals, objectives, and strategic direction aligned with regional and corporate quality goals.
- Monitor, track, and report all quality and business metrics to oversee QA & QC compliance activities.
- Prevent quality or regulatory non-compliance issues through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to avoid product stock-outs, withdrawals, approval delays, and negative impacts on quality, financial performance, and reputation.
- Manage and optimize quality processes, operations, and systems; conduct gap analysis for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline with 15 years of relevant experience
- Must have exposure to sterile/aseptic manufacturing
- Must be located in MA and be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
