Location: North Italy (field-based, with regular client travel)

Role Overview

Due to continued growth across key markets, the organisation is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive commercial success within the Italian plastics sector.

This is a pivotal role focused on developing strategic customer partnerships, expanding market share, and delivering tailored material solutions across a diverse customer base. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of technical expertise and commercial strategy, playing a key role in strengthening long-term client relationships while unlocking new business opportunities



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key customer relationships across the Italian plastics market
  • Drive sales of masterbatch and additive solutions through a consultative approach
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to closure

Candidate Profile

  • Proven sales experience within plastics, polymers, or performance materials
  • Experience with masterbatch or additives is highly advantageous
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Technical background in Chemistry, Materials Science, or similar preferred
  • Fluent Italian and English required
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Italy
