EPM is currently partnered with an innovative leader in precision oncology, this organization is advancing patient care through cutting‑edge liquid biopsy and molecular diagnostic solutions. This field‑based role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact cancer care by supporting oncology providers, driving adoption of advanced testing, and expanding presence across a key territory.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue targets through strategic territory management and account planning across oncology practices, cancer centers, IDNs, and academic medical centers.
- Navigate complex sales environments with multiple stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and executive leadership.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while retaining and expanding existing accounts through a consultative sales approach.
- Support contracting and laboratory services agreements by aligning diagnostic solutions to clinical and operational needs.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM activity, and administrative reporting.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory, with occasional overnight travel as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience within molecular diagnostics, oncology, biotech, or related healthcare environments.
- Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics and oncology workflows, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Proven track record of generating new business and managing complex sales cycles.
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented commercial environment.
