Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth: Promote and sell medical aesthetic consumable products and devices to hospitals and aesthetics/dermatology clinics in Korea.
Nurture relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with customers and key opinion leaders in the industry.
Organize events: Manage seminars and exhibitions to showcase products and engage with potential clients.
Deliver presentations: Conduct product presentations and training programs to educate customers on agency products.
Provide market insights: Compile detailed quarterly reports on market intelligence, competition, and customer needs.
Product lifecycle management: Oversee the lifecycle of various models and SKUs, implementing effective brand management strategies.
Launch new products: Collaborate with management to develop and execute launch plans for new models, targeting the right market segments.
Qualifications:
Educational background: Candidates with a minimum Diploma, preferably in Business, Biomedical Science, or Science.
Sales experience: Ideally, at least 3 years of experience in medical equipment and consumables sales, with a preference for direct selling experience in medical aesthetic products/devices/consumables.
Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities, with a talent for building rapport and showing empathy.
Attention to detail: Process-oriented approach with meticulous follow-through to achieve results.
