Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager, Analytics to join their dynamic team in New Jersey, USA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven professional with a passion for actionable insights to make a significant impact in the life sciences industry. This permanent role requires you to be on-site 3 days a week, collaborating with a forward-thinking team dedicated to advancing healthcare solutions.
Key Skills and Expertise
- Extensive Insights & Analytics Experience: Minimum of 6 years working within Life Sciences, demonstrating a proven track record in data-driven decision-making.
- Expert Knowledge of Industry Data Sources: Hands-on experience with systems such as IQVIA Rx and Claims Data (e.g., xPonent, PlanTrak, FIA/LAAD) or Symphony Rx and Claims Data (e.g., Prescriber, Prescriber/Payer, PHAST). Familiarity with MMIT or Fingertip Formulary Data is a key advantage.
- Data Analytics Leadership: Ability to oversee and guide analytics processes, ensuring data integrity and generating actionable business insights.
- Conducts analytics in Market Access space across the business (e.g., market share vs. relative access, access-driven performance).
- Bachelors Degree required. Statistics, data science, math and/or business discipline preferred. Graduate Degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Python, SAS, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical + reporting tools
Compensation: $135,000 - $160,000 + 15% Bonus + LTI
