The Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our high-performing team, covering the East of England region. You will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts across NHS and research institutions, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of healthcare and scientific communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of NHS and research accounts across the East of England.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the implementation of tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development and strategy.
  • Travel extensively within the region (up to 60%) to engage with clients and stakeholders.

About You:

  • Proven experience in sales and account management, ideally within diagnostics, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Strong understanding of NHS structures and research environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the East of England.
