A leading global facilities management organisation is seeking a Soft Services Lead to join a key client account supporting a major life sciences manufacturing site in Dublin.

The Opportunity
You will act as the key liaison between the client and service providers, ensuring the highest standards of delivery across multiple soft services workstreams. This role is focused on collaboration, stakeholder management and contract performance rather than hands-on operational management.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring service partners consistently meet contractual obligations and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the delivery of outsourced soft services contracts
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across the site
- Ensure suppliers meet agreed KPIs, SLAs and contractual requirements
- Lead service review meetings and performance discussions
- Monitor budgets and support commercial management activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery
- Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with site standards
- Collaborate with operational teams to deliver an exceptional workplace experience
- Support strategic planning and future growth initiatives on the account
Requirements
- Experience within Facilities Management, Soft Services, Workplace Services or Integrated Facilities Management environments
- Strong contract and supplier management experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness with exposure to budgets, KPIs and service agreements
- Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers
- Strong communication and influencing skills
Preferred Experience
- Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or life sciences environments
- GMP-regulated manufacturing facilities
- Regulated industrial or advanced manufacturing environments
- Experience working for a facilities management provider or managing outsourced services contracts
