We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a major greenfield manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex infrastructure, technology, automation and facility systems projects from design and installation through commissioning, qualification and project handover.

Working as part of a large capital project team, you will coordinate engineering contractors, system vendors, construction teams and site stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. This is a highly visible position requiring strong leadership, technical understanding and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously within a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, execution, commissioning and turnover activities across multiple technical workstreams.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, contractors, vendors and site leadership.
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, actions and overall project performance.
  • Support design reviews, procurement activities, installation oversight and startup readiness.
  • Drive issue resolution and ensure project deliverables are achieved safely and on schedule.
  • Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, validation support and turnover activities where required.
  • Ensure compliance with project procedures, quality requirements and change management processes.
  • Provide regular reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, industrial, automation, infrastructure or technology environments.
  • Experience leading large capital projects through construction, commissioning and startup phases.
  • Strong stakeholder, contractor and vendor management skills.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects.
  • Familiarity with commissioning, qualification, startup and operational readiness activities.
  • Experience within regulated manufacturing environments is advantageous.
