Working Arrangement: Remote, field-based position. Candidates must reside in Colorado and have convenient access to a major airport. Extensive territory travel is required (up to 70%).

A growing pharmaceutical company is seeking a high-performing Oncology Sales Account Manager to support the expansion of its hematology and oncology business across Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

As the Oncology Sales Account Manager, you will:

  • Establish and grow relationships with hematology and oncology healthcare professionals throughout the assigned territory.
  • Promote specialized therapies through a combination of in-person meetings, virtual engagements, and educational initiatives.
  • Increase awareness of rare disease states, treatment pathways, and available patient support resources.
  • Partner with reimbursement, access, and support services teams to help facilitate a seamless treatment journey for patients.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key opinion leaders and influential stakeholders within the oncology and hematology community.
  • Execute territory business plans and contribute to the successful rollout of new products and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and Sales Leadership teams to align on objectives and share market insights.
  • Maintain accurate territory records, customer interactions, and activity reporting within CRM systems.
  • Analyze territory performance and deliver quarterly business reviews to drive growth opportunities.

Ideal Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience within oncology, hematology, rare disease, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding commercial objectives in a field-based sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and stakeholder engagement within specialty care settings.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and data-driven sales planning techniques.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the territory (up to 70%).
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
