We are supporting a global medical‑technology organisation specialising in neuromodulation therapies for conditions such as drug‑resistant neurological disorders. The company focuses on improving patient outcomes through advanced therapeutic devices and works closely with healthcare professionals across multiple countries.

Role Expectations

  • Achieve quarterly and annual commercial targets within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute a structured business plan, including regular reviews and account‑based strategies.
  • Identify, engage, and grow relationships with new and existing healthcare professionals (e.g., neurologists, surgeons, nurses).
  • Increase therapy awareness, support patient identification, and provide clinical education and procedure support where needed.
  • Conduct training sessions, attend professional events, and collaborate with patient‑support groups and authorities to promote therapy access.
  • Manage reporting, forecasting, and territory inventory to ensure accurate planning and smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of successful medical or sales experience, ideally in neurology environments.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clinicians at all levels.
  • Analytical and able to interpret trends or clinical data to drive decisions and actions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a patient‑centred and collaborative approach.
  • Self‑starter with strong organisational skills, able to work autonomously while managing multiple tasks.
