Supply Planner (6-Month Contract)
Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site per week), Venlo, Netherlands
Hours: 40 hours per week

A leading medical device organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Planner for a 6-month contract. This role is responsible for managing international inventory across the EMEA region, ensuring optimal service levels and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing activities for saleable goods from OEM suppliers
  • Oversee order processing, follow-ups, and customer communication for orthopaedic products
  • Monitor outstanding purchase orders and ageing reports
  • Resolve invoice issues and manage invoice holds
  • Analyse supplier performance data and support evaluation processes
  • Collaborate with business leaders, manufacturing, and sales teams to align inventory levels
  • Support investment decisions through data-driven insights
  • Utilize supply chain planning tools and recommend process improvements

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in demand or supply planning within an international environment
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain solutions
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle e-Business Suite)
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous
  • Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
