This team is focused on accelerating patient access to clinical trials, improving enrollment outcomes, and bringing new therapies to market faster. You'll work alongside experts in clinical operations, technology, and healthcare who are passionate about driving meaningful change across the research landscape. The environment offers significant ownership, collaboration, and the opportunity to influence how clinical trial delivery is executed at scale. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager who is going to make a measurable impact on portfolio delivery and the future of research.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of pharmaceutical-sponsored clinical trials, ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including onboarding, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and change management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and regular project updates.
  • Partner with site-facing teams to drive site onboarding, technology adoption, and ongoing trial participation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Operations, Program Management, and Business Development teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Translate complex project data, risks, and operational challenges into clear, actionable recommendations for customers.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving workflows, supporting process enhancements, and mentoring junior project managers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project management experience within clinical research, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, CROs, or healthcare.
  • Demonstrated experience managing sponsor-sponsored clinical trials in a client-facing capacity.
  • Proven ability to own sponsor and/or CRO relationships and consistently deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Experience managing multiple complex studies simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across both operational and executive audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments.
  • US-based and comfortable working in an evolving environment with the ability to build processes and drive continuous improvement.
